What is the return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Sale, clearance, and personal-care items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +27 71 027 8563 or email zehomefinds@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If approved, return shipping will be credited back to you.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do you charge tax on orders?

Currently, ZeHomeFinds does not charge tax (VAT) on any orders placed within South Africa.

Yes. We offer same-day delivery for select Johannesburg areas on orders placed before 12 PM, subject to stock availability.
